Information we collect
When you submit a form on this website, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, the property address, your situation and any notes, plus whether you checked the text-message consent box and which page you submitted from. We also receive basic technical information your browser sends, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, evaluate your property, contact you about your options and any offer, schedule a walkthrough, keep records of our conversations and improve our website. We do not sell your personal information.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are processed by our website host (Netlify) and stored in our customer relationship management (CRM) system, HighLevel (LeadConnector), which we use to manage contacts, calls, texts and emails. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms. We may share information with service providers that help us run our business (such as title companies or closing attorneys if you choose to sell), or when required by law.
SMS / text messaging program
If you check the consent box on a form, or otherwise opt in, you agree to receive text messages from The Sicilian Brothers about your property and offer at the number you provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation and no further texts unless you opt in again.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never sold or shared with any third party. Information may be shared only with service providers that help us deliver the messages (such as our CRM and messaging carriers).
